Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of FoxChat (foxchat.cam), a random 1v1 video chat service. They're written to be read: what the service is, what you may and may not do on it, how payments work, and where responsibilities sit. By using FoxChat you agree to them.

The service

FoxChat pairs adults with random strangers for private one-on-one chats — text, voice or video — in the browser. There are no group rooms and no public feeds. Matching is random; we don't guarantee who you'll meet, only that they're online when you are.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older, full stop. By using FoxChat you confirm that you are an adult and that the service is legal for you to use where you live. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated.

Your conduct

You're responsible for what you say and show. You agree not to:

  • Break the law, or use FoxChat for anything fraudulent, threatening or harassing.
  • Expose others to content they didn't consent to, or pressure anyone into anything.
  • Record, capture or redistribute another user's image or conversation without their consent.
  • Scam, solicit money, or steer matches to off-platform schemes.
  • Interfere with the service, scrape it, or automate access to it.

Coins and payments

FoxChat is free to start: matching and first conversations cost nothing. Longer sessions and extras may use coins — one-time bundle purchases. Every price is displayed before you confirm a purchase. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewal or billing of any kind. Coins are a license to use features, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Moderation and termination

We moderate around the clock and act on reports. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the community guidelines, with or without warning where the situation demands it. You can stop using FoxChat at any time; there is nothing to cancel.

Liability, plainly

FoxChat is provided "as is". Strangers are strangers: we moderate, but we can't vouch for every user's behavior, and we're not liable for what users say or do to each other. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits rights you can't waive under your local law.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms materially, we'll note it on this page with a new date. Questions go to [email protected].
